When To Use An Emergency Eye Wash and Shower

These safety showers were designed to protect employees from injury after coming in contact with chemicals, flammables, and fires.

Both the showers and eye wash can be used in the case of an emergency, to not only dilute the chemicals but also flush out any remaining contaminants from the eyes and skin.

The showers provide the required water flow of 76 litres per minute to effectively wash off any contaminants, while the eye wash provides the minimum required 12 litres per minute for both eyes.
