European Standards Compliant

Updated in 2016 to make testing procedures and results more precise, the key change to the standard was the addition of a cut test. Commonly referred to as a ‘real world’ cut test because of its ability to measure cut force, the ISO 13997 test is widely considered a more relevant metric in workplace situations.

The test graded the levels of cut resistance from A-F, with F being the most cut resistant. This approach has proven to be more accurate than the previous one, thus providing the consumer with added confidence in the product.
