Custom Hard Hat Printing

BIG Safety can print in a range of colours and on different locations on a hard hat; including the front, rear and two side panels. We are able to print on both V6 and V9 hard hat styles.

Printing costs can be as low as $1.50 per print, based on bulk volumes and no Setup fee for repeat print runs of the same logo.

However, it is important to note:

• Initial Artwork setup and hard hat costs are additional
• $1.50 per print will not be the final price
• We have a minimum print run of 20 hard hats

Hard Hat Printing Specifications

BIG Safety's custom hard hat pad printing service can be used to print company logos on the front and back of any ProChoice hard hat, in up to five colours. With your logo presented in the highest quality, this is a cost effective and long lasting solution that will not peel, crack or fade like a decal or sticker.

The print areas for pad printing on ProChoice V6 & V9 hard hats are as follows:

• FRONT: 50mmW x 50mmH (up to 5 colours)
• BACK: 50mmW x 40mmW (up to 5 colours)
• SIDES: 70mmW x 20mmH (1 or 2 colours)

For example, having a first aid officer or fire warden readily identified by the colour of their hard hat can improve efficiencies. Also, when visitors and subcontractors wear different coloured hard hats, they are easily identifiable — improving site security.

To further enhance these advantages, BIG Safety's pad printing service customises hard hats before a customer takes delivery. We can print a one colour option for the side panels, allowing further customisation to identify roles (e.g. Foreman, Medic, Visitor etc.) We can also print specific project names.
