How It Works
To test an emergency shower, attach the wide end of the funnel sleeve to the metal ring on the support rod using the hook-and-loop fasteners. Position the smaller end of the funnel into the provided test bucket, then hold the wide opening under the showerhead. Activate the shower to check for flow consistency and ensure the unit operates in line with compliance requirements.
For eyewash testing, place the tester over the eyewash heads to observe the spray pattern and flow characteristics, confirming the unit meets Australian standards. After use, empty and dry the test bucket and funnel sleeve to maintain performance and extend service life.
