Justrite 11 L Bench Can (No Basket)

Use this reliable and durable 3 gal (11 L) 24-gauge steel bench can (model 10775) with a tough powder-coat finish to dip and rinse small parts or wet large cleaning cloths with combustible liquid solvents.

This bench can has an exterior height of 6.0 in (15.2 cm) and an outer diameter of 13.5 in (34.3 cm), and weighs 6.7 lb (3.0 kg). The accompanying dasher plate is 12.125 in (30.8 cm). Model 10775 is red and is FM Approved and TUV Certified. 

Bench cans make cleaning operations even easier. To use, place items on the spring-loaded, perforated dasher plate. Press down to agitate, then release to return the dasher to the drain position (above liquid level), where excess liquid drains off safely. The dasher tray covers the opening of the wide, shallow can.

Many industries require safely cleaning small parts and wetting large cloths. Some of these include manufacturing, maintenance, repair, construction and lab sites within the steel, automotive, airline, agriculture, food, paper, and chemical industries.

For safety purposes, the combustible liquid in the can is below the tray level. The plated steel dasher works as an effective flame arrester screen to reduce the risk of fire flashback. There is a hinged cover to minimize evaporation losses, while the protected rim reduces the possibility of hand injury. 

An optional parts basket (model 11171) is available to purchase that fits into the dasher tray and provides extra convenience when immersing small parts.
