I love the hat but the toggle string on one side came away from the hat the first time I tried to wear it.. Fair enough all I needed to do was thread it back through and then tie a knot in it but still - seems a bit less than optimal when someones selling safety gear.

Arrived dirty and 2 damaged by a white object.

I received 2 hats there were clearly damaged by something white, yet they posted them to me anyway. I emailed on 18/10/2018 and was advised that I would be sent 2 new hats and I have been waiting ever since for them to arrive (3 weeks) - so I am not sure if I will receive them or not.
