Filters

Respirator and Respirator Kits

We offer both standalone respirators and respirator kits, depending on model and safety needs. Kits include a respirator and one or more filters with varying levels of protection. Standalone respirators require separate filter purchases.

Scott Safety Promask Full Face Respirator

The Scott Safety Promask full-face respirator is a versatile and multi-functional device compatible with both negative pressure and powered air respirators. It can be used with a compressed airline system and incorporates the complete range of Scott Safety Pro2000 filters, making it ideal for a wide variety of non-airline jobs.

Other features include:

• Wide panoramic polycarbonate visor to maximise the field of vision
• Speech diaphragm to aid clear communication
• 5-point adjustable rubber harness with quick-release plastic buckles
• Sweat port in chin pocket for added comfort during extended wear time

What Standard Is the Promask Full Face Mask Certified To?

The Scott Safety Promask Single full-face respirator is certified to AS/NZS 1716:2012. The standard outlines the performance requirements, testing procedures and labelling requirements for different classes of respiratory protective devices and ensures that they meet certain criteria to provide effective protection against hazardous airborne substances and contaminants in the workplace.

Versatile Usage Options: Negative and Positive Pressure Full Face Mask

The Scott Safety Promask offers flexible applications, allowing it to be used in both negative pressure and positive pressure configurations. You simply screw in the required filter or filter combination in the negative pressure setup.

Alternatively, you can purchase The Promask Combi unit which enables the mask to be worn with self-contained breathing apparatus as a positive pressure mask.

Promask Combi Connectivity

The Promask Combi includes a right-side adaptor for connection to a compressed air hose and a left-side 40mm thread connector for a filter connection. The full-face respirator is fitted with a self-closing connector. When entering and leaving the contaminated area, the connector can be detached from the FCV regulator and the left side connector can be fitted with a suitable 3M Safety Pro2000 filter (40mm thread).
