Our Dust Masks

Protective respiratory equipment is graded according to its filtering capacity. Lower graded equipment will keep out larger, non-toxic particles, but only higher graded ones can filter viruses and smaller debris. We stock both low and high graded masks to meet the needs of different workplaces. Our products are rated as follows:

P1 Rating

P1 rated respiratory equipment can protect against mechanically generated particles, such as those created by grinding, cutting, sanding, drilling, sawing.

Equipment awarded a P1 rating will filter up to 80% of airborne particles.

P2 Rating

P2 rated products are designed to filter out mechanically and thermally generated particles, as well as biologically active airborne particles such as bacteria or viruses.

P2 rated respiratory equipment offers a higher filtration rate of up to 94%.
