One of the most common questions we get is whether our NB101 and NF301 Prestar trolleys arrive ready to use straight out of the box.
The short answer is no — but they’re very easy to put together.
These trolleys are delivered in a flat-pack format, similar to an IKEA-style setup. They come neatly packed in a box with no messy packing peanuts, making unpacking quick and hassle-free.
Assembly is simple and only takes a short amount of time. You’ll need to attach the handle, wheels, and (if ordered) the brake. In total, there are just 20 bolts/nuts to secure — four for each wheel and four for the handle and brake assembly. If your trolley includes a brake, it is installed at the same time as the handle, so there’s no extra step involved.
The best part? You only need a single tool — a standard shifting spanner — to complete the entire setup.
