Vinyl vs Latex and Nitrile Gloves: What’s the Difference?

Vinyl gloves are made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC). They’re completely synthetic and free from latex and chemical accelerators, making them a good choice for people with allergies and sensitivity issues. While not as robust as some disposable gloves, they make a budget-friendly choice for a variety of settings.

Made of natural rubber, latex gloves are tear-resistant and extremely elastic. They offer protection against a range of hazards, biohazards and certain chemicals. Latex gloves can cause mild to severe reactions (skin rash, sneezing, coughing) in those who are sensitive to it.
