As bush fire season is already upon us, here is a frequently asked questions from our clients. Bush fire smoke is full of particulates which may require a face mask dependant on:- 1.The density of the smoke 2.The health, well being and the comfort level of the person in that environment. Please note that this advice is not for people who will be fighting bush fires, it is just for those interested in protecting their respiratory system from inhalation of smoke in the area. The most appropriate disposable mask which can be used to protect from smoke particles is the P2 particulate mask. An example of this type of mask can be viewed here.
