We guarantee a 100 day "no hassle" exchange/return policy. We understand that buying online is convenient however sometimes things are just not right. You may return the items bought online within 100 days of purchase for an exchange or full product cost refund if preferred (Note: delivery fees may be charged for the any exchange items and are a non-refundable component).
All exchange/refunds will be issued when the goods have arrived back to the BIG Safety warehouse and inspected by a team member. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS TO BIG SAFETY
Contact BIG Safety customer service on 1300 73 22 74 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be asked to nominate for a credit vs return vs exchange. The return postage is your responsibility.
The return items must be unused, undamaged with all labels attached and in it's original packaging and ensure that it is protected from damage when posting back to us. If concerned, please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion this does occur, please contact customer service on 1300 73 22 74 or vial email at email@example.com to let us know and we will take care of the rest for you.
Please note, evidence of damage will be required ie: photographs. BIG Safety will be responsible for shipping charges for rectification of faulty/damaged goods.
RETURN OF CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
Please note that non-stock items, special order-in items, customised products (eg: hard hat printing, screenprinting or embroidery) or custom made products (eg: signage or clothing)are non returnable or refundable.
For peace of mind on customised products we provide a digital artwork proof which is required to be signed off by you prior to the customised job proceeding.
Please note that due to COVID19, NO returns will be accepted for any sale of Respiratory products (including respirators, filter cartridges and disposable masks), disposable overalls or Face/Eye protection purchased after 1 December 2019.
